How soon should I place my order?
The actual production time for dresses is 12 weeks. But we highly recommend that you place your order 16 weeks in advance to have alterations made if needed.

Do you offer discounts for ordering multiple dresses?
Yes. There is a discount for ordering 5 or more dresses. All dresses must be ordered at the same time to qualify for a 10% discount. To inquire more regarding discounts, please contact us at info@shoplatelier.com.

Do you charge sales tax?
California residents are subject to a 9.75% sales tax.

What if I find a defect with the dress?
We do take extra care in packaging and inspecting all items being shipped.  In the event that there is a defect or damage, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item and we will determine whether it qualifies for an exchange.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Mastercard, and Visa.

Do you have any stores where I can see your dresses?
You can visit our sister studio Papeterie to view and try on dresses.

Should the bridesmaids order together or seperately?
We strongly recommend all dresses to be ordered together. In doing so, we are able to cut the entire order from the same roll of fabric. This will ensure the matching of multiple dresses.

Can I order a custom size?
Because all L'ATELIER dreses are made based on standard industry sizes, we are not able to create a dress based on custom measurements.  If you discover you fall between two sizes, we urge you to select the larger size.  It is easier to take a dress in than to let out when alterations are being made.

Are your dresses lined?
All dresses are fully lined.

How can I place an order?
Please contact us to place an order or if you have any other inquiries. The first day of production will begin on the day the last order is received. All credit cards will also be charged on the same day. In the event that you need to cancel the order before credit cards have been charged, a 25% fee will apply per dress that has been ordered.

Am I able to exchange my dress for another size?
Due to the fact that all dresses are made to order, we do not allow returns or exchanges once the dress has been shipped.

I'd like to add a different length to my dress than the lengths that you offer. Is is possible to do this?
If there is a particular length that you would like that we are not offering on our website, please contact us at info@shoplatelier.com and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Do you provide alteration services?
We do offer alterations if you are based locally. Please contact us for more information on this.

Will you take an order even if it is placed less than 12 weeks before the wedding date?
Rushed orders can be arranged by contacting us at info@shoplatelier.com.
