Shipping

L'ATELIER ships all dresses via UPS ground. Depending on your location, this will typically take 3-5 days.  If you would like a quicker shipping method, please contact us to arrange for express shipping.

To ship one dress, the cost will be $15. Any additional dresses being shipped to the same location will cost $8 per dress.

The shipping costs stated applies to US mainland customers only. For all other locations, please contact us to inquire about shipping arrangements and quotes.

Please note that it is not L'ATELIER's decision nor responsibility when items are undelivered. It is the UPS driver's discretion whether or not they feel it is safe to leave a package without a signature. All items that are to be resent will be charged an additional shipping fee equivalent to the original shipping fee.

Returns

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges will only be made should the items be defective or damaged during the shipping process. We must be notified within 3 days of receiving the items. We are not responsible for any damages caused by alterations not performed by L'ATELIER.
